Some of my best girlfriends were over recently...hmm crap what to make for healthy finger foods?! I have been growing herbs on our back porch so it was the perfect time to go straight from the plant, to the plate, to the belly :) Caprese Salad is one of my husband’s favorites & easy as one, two, three!
Cut up fresh tomatoes, pop some fresh mozzarella, and basil on top, then balsamic vinegar. Yum, yum, yum!
